  Single rooms have small, quite firm twin beds which was OK for me but others may not like it. Towels (2 in my room) were very thin and very small.

  PRO: Very clean for a low price and the rooms have their own bathroom with plenty of hot water so don't be scared off by the hostel theme. Take note that if you're going to Montserrat, it is about 30 minutes away by car. I only stayed one night but and it was fine for me.

  Worst hotel experience I've had while travelling for work. Was locked up when I arrived, had considerable trouble getting a key. Food was a joke, empty breakfast bar despite no customers. One night the menu option for dinner was two greasy frozen beef burgers and some undercooked white fries. The rooms are exceptionally small and you can hear your neighbours going to the bathroom. Curtains are see-through and the sun shutter didn't extend all the way. There was a green emergency light in my room the entire time, filling the room with green light.The staff seem annoyed that you're there at all, and none speak more than extremely broken English which is not as advertised. On the last night someone smashed the bar window in, and they hadn't bothered to pick up the glass the next morning, so breakfast was served with shards of glass all over the floor. My only plus points are the bed was comfortable (which is pretty important!) and the air con in the room allowed me to make the room very cool which is to my liking.

  És d'agrair trobar bons restaurants de menus i l'Hotel Robert és un d'ells. T'ofereix a triar dos o tres plats més postres, ben cuinats i generosos. El servei és correcte i atent. Menjador elegant i ampli. El preu es molt bó.
